1. How will I be able to find out when my order ships?
We will send you an email as soon as your order ships, if you have given us a working email address. We will give you the DHL or ARAMEX tracking number at the same time so you can monitor the progress of your order's delivery.

2. What is the estimated time of arrival for my order?
Orders are typically handled thirty-six hours after payment is received. In the unlikely event that we are unable to process your order, we will try to contact you via email, phone, or regular mail. If there are any additional issues with your order, we'll make an effort to get in touch with you.

3. How can I find out how an order is progressing?
Please use the "Track Order" option on the DHL or ARAMEX websites to find out the status of your order, or send an email to newluckythanka@gmail.com with your order number included.

4. What happens if part of my order is not available?
If, after you place your order, an item becomes unavailable for shipment, it will be removed from your order. When an item is cancelled from your order, we will try to tell you by email first, then by phone or regular mail. For any item that is not dispatched, there will be no charges made to you.

5. When can I expect to get my order?
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 Days following receiving the payment.

6. Do you sell in large quantities?

7. Can I place a phone order?
